Skipper Training
My goal is to impart knowledge in a sustainable way so that you have the tools to control a ship safely, relaxed and with apparent ease. For this I use the methodology of EDICTS. The more experience you already have, the more the precision and optimization of processes will be in the foreground.
Holidays and Events
I am available for special occasions. Whether you are planning a company event on the ship, want to conduct coaching on various topics or simply want to go on a holiday cruise with friends or family. I am happy to take over the ship management with everything that goes with it. Participation is possible here, but not a prerequisite.
Yacht delivery
Do you need a yacht transfer? Do you want to return to the charter base or want to start your holiday from any point? Do you want to transfer your yacht to another area but don't want to make the trip alone? Here, services from deckhand to skipper can be covered, depending on your wishes.
Theory lessons
A theoretical foundation is essential. Much can be done on board alongside practical experience – the combination of theory and practice on board is a hot topic. Sometimes, however, it's more practical, either in terms of time or organization, to discuss and work through things in more structured theoretical sessions. If you're looking for an instructor, you've come to the right place.
Social Skills
The unfamiliar environment, the spatially limited coexistence and the distribution and assumption of tasks in "normal operation" but especially in an emergency requires a high degree of social competence and communication skills from the skipper. I offer coaching on topics such as crew management, optimization of safety briefings, development of watch schedules for passages and provide guidance on mastering the tension between clear commands and relaxed leisure cruises.
